HHCS has had an Annual Craft Fair for over 30 years! Over these many years, the funds from our Craft Fair have aided in helping our school be a success! 

Our Craft Fair will be Saturday, November 15, 2025 (8am to 2pm), the the school gym south-side of River Road.

If you are interested in being a vendor fill out the form below.
Payment can be cash, check, or PayPal; if paying thru PayPal, please add $2 to the registration fee for the service fee.

Once your registration form and payment have been received and accepted you will be notified with a welcome letter.

    REGISTRATION FORM FOR CRAFT FAIR 2025



    Write a description of your merchandise (150 characters, including spaces). This will appear in the fair directory available to all attendees.

    We will notify you via email (If you do not have email, a letter will be sent to you via regular mail.) once we have received your registration form and confirmed your payment. If you have questions please contact us at 765–289–6371.

• Cash or checks sent to or dropped off at 6401 West River Road, Muncie (door #7).

​• All payments are non-refundable.

**When paying with PayPal for each booth space add $2 for service fee. (i.e. total for PayPal Payment for one booth space is $47.00.). If you add a table to your booth space, add $1 per table for PayPal payment. Thank you.

INFORMATION FOR VENDORS
(Please read carefully.)
 
We welcome back our return vendors and look forward to meeting new vendors as well.
 
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Our Craft Fair is scheduled for 8am to 2pm on Saturday, November 15, 2025. The location is our school gymnasium (ground floor), on the south side of River Road.

• Set up times are Friday, 7–9pm or Saturday, 6:30–8:00am.  Assistance unloading your vehicle will be available. There will be security overnight for booths set up on Friday evening.
 
• A single booth space is approx. 8’ x 10’ and rent is $45 which includes one table and two chairs. Additional tables (tables are 6 ft. each) are available for a rental fee of $10 each. You are welcome to bring your own tables, if you like. You are free to place the tables anywhere within your booth space.

• Please note that we do our best to place your booth near an electrical outlet but we are not able to provide electrical cords. 

• This rental fee also includes one lunch meal ticket that you can use to choose from selections in our cafeteria. Menus will be available in your welcome packet upon your arrival.

• If you wish to participate, please return the attached form by November 1, 2025, with your non-refundable payment of cash or a check made payable to Heritage Hall Christian School. You may mail it to the school office or bring it to the school office. Also, you can pay on our website through the school's PayPal account (See payment button below.).

• Please note that our policy for booth space rental is on a first come first served basis. Also, our policy is we allow only one vendor per business (i.e. Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Norwex, etc.; crafting businesses are limited within their category.) Booths are reserved only when the office has received and processed your registration form and fee.
 
OTHER INFORMATION
• We will publish notices about the fair in our local paper, at local businesses, on the radio, and online prior to the event. 

• If you would like flyers to put up or pass out, we would be happy to provide them.

• Our concessions, including lunch selections that will be available throughout the day. For your convenience, you may choose to have your selection(s) delivered to your booth. 

•A directory of vendors and products will be produced to assist shoppers during the Craft Fair. The description you provide on the enclosed registration form will be used for that purpose. 

• On the day of the fair, each vendor will be asked to donate one item for use in our door prize drawings.

• HHCS and GBC are not responsible for any damage or loss due to fire, flooding, theft, possible emergency cancellation, or any other unexpected happening, but you can be reassured that we will help protect and secure your belongings while on our campus.

​• We reserve the right to assess all registrations to verify that they fit within our family-friendly guidelines, to maintain a balance between crafters and direct sales and we can accept or deny applications based on these requirements. As a Christian school, we are unable to accept alcohol or CDB vendors and all crafts, merchandise, or anything in a vendor’s space displaying offensive or objectionable words/photos/art/emblems, etc. are prohibited. If any of these types of items are displayed at a vendor’s booth you will be asked to remove them from being sold while on our campus. 

• All vendor applications are subject for review/approval of HHCS & GBC.
