Elementary STEM Club
Our 3rd–6th graders participate in our Elementary STEM Club. The activities include practical experiments, investigations, group work, competitions, discussion and reflection. 6th grade students focus more on robotics and coding. STEM club meets on a weekly basis. Mrs. Chae helps to encourage our students to brainstorm, plan, create, communicate, and collaborate.
Secondary STEM Class
The goal for Freshman STEM class is to spend a semester each year systematically learning basic electronics through 3 levels. The leveled courses provide thorough instruction on building electrical circuits, writing computer code in Python, and pulling those skills together to build mobile electronic devices and write programs to control them (robotics).
