Heritage Hall uses FACTS Management Company to bill and collect all tuition and fees (including extended care charges). FACTS helps us insure we are receiving your payments in a dependable manner, have up-to-date and accurate record keeping of these payments, allows us flexibility in dealing with family circumstances that may arise during the school year, and achieve these goals more cost effectively.
All families are requested to create a FACTS account. Once created, accounts roll over to successive years. All plans will be billed by FACTS. Payments may also be made in the school business office by cash or check.
Payment options are as follows:
Full payment (due by July 20)
Semester payments (due by July 20 & December 20)
Monthly payments beginning in July, payable on the 5th or 20th of each month
Approved payment methods are as follows:
ACH debit to checking or savings account (preferred)
Invoice
Credit card (There is a convenience fee associated with credit card payments. FACTS accepts MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.)
Monthly extended care will be included in the payment plan. Once your demographic information is set up, school office personnel will enter the dollar amounts based on your Financial Agreement information. You will receive a confirmation from FACTS before your first payment is due or debited.
