    We need MANY volunteers to help this event run smoothly. Lunch is provided and includes a hot dog, chips, drink, and dessert for each participant. Dear Heritage Hall Family and Friends,

Heritage Hall Christian School has been doing a Fun Run for many years, and we are thankful for the many projects it has helped fund. This year, we are using a new digital platform called 99pledges which will help us better track donations and make it easier for family and friends to give.

The fundraising goal for this year is $15,000 to spruce up the gymnasium lobby and make general gymnasium improvements. This is a building used by all students, so we hope everyone will get involved.

The Family Fun Run is an all-day event scheduled on Friday, October 10. Every student PK3 through 12th grade participates. Students are given the opportunity to raise money by securing pledges from friends and family and can earn rewards. The incentives keep them excited and motivated throughout the fundraiser while helping the school reach our goal.

Based on individual and class participation, students will receive rewards for their help in soliciting donations for the Fun Run.
  • Individual
    • Tier 1: For every $25 a student raises, they will receive an ice cream treat at lunch.
    • Tier 2: For every $50 a student raises, a preschool/elementary student will receive a treasure box prize and a secondary student will receive a camp dress pass.
    • Tier 3: For every $100 a student raises, a preschool/kindergarten student will receive a small stuffed animal and a 1st-12th grade student will receive a free school lunch.
    • After earning the tier 3 prize, students can begin earning the tier 1 prize again. Students can earn up to five of each prize (This would require a student to raise $500).
    • In order for a student to receive prizes, he/she must have the donation made in their name. If a person donates via cash/check toward a set of siblings, the amount will be divided equally among them.
    • Students who reach their individual goal of $100 will be given permission to wear camp dress through the end of October.
  • Classes
    • The classes that reach their class goal ($100 per student in the class) will receive a pizza party!
  • Grand Prizes
    • Students are divided into four groups with one grand prize given out to each group:
      • PK3, PK4, and K5
        • Toniebox
      • 1st-3rd Grade
        • Scooter
      • 4th-6th Grade
        • Hoverboard
      • 7th-12th Grade
        • $100 Amazon Gift Card
    • The top 10 students in each group will be entered into a drawing for the grand prize.
    • The online portal for giving closes on October 24, 2025, so we will have all rewards distributed shortly after.
